I went to O'Reilly auto parts to get help with an alternator for one of our company vehicles Victor the manager of the auto parts store was more than helpful and even assisted to take parts off of the existing alternator that had to go onto the new one He has a really great attitude and definitely has a can-do attitude! I would definitely recommend them to other people needing services or parts for their vehicles. Thanks Victor

My god what a rude worker enough to not even order part I needed. I will spend my money anywhere but O’reilly’s parts. Today is 3/4/2026 the rude Spanish guy should be fired he just lost a customer for O’reilly’s auto parts

Went to get the code red for my check engine light and the guy could not even find where to plug in the scanner. Complete waste time how do you not even know how to do that and you think I’m gonna stay there and let you touch my car more. I don’t think so.

2nd shift sales clerk was crazy helpful, honest, and no BS pressure. Needed to complete a return for headlight lamps since I got the wrong ones, and was professional and understanding. 10/10 and recommend for promotion.

I highly recommend this location and business. Customer service was exceptional! I went in early and needed a new battery and Victor was very kind and helpful. He could tell I was having difficulties and offered his help and installed it for me! I couldn’t thank him enough. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful made the entire experience less stressful.
