O'Reilly Auto Parts

Walked into O'Reilly's today, January 5th. Nobody acknowledged. My presence walked every aisle looking for a part. Couldn't find it. Never did anybody once ask if I needed help I will not return to O'Reilly's

I own Brad's Repair, O'Reilly service, parts, delivery is above and beyond. Quality parts and prices are competitive. Joel manages the store to a tee. Highly recommended.

Let me start by saying I use to work at O'Reilly's Auto many years ago, so I am hyper observant to what kind of service I receive. Maddie helped us and I must say that she is the best customer service person i have delt with at O'Reilly Auto in a very long time. I was very impressed with her quickness in recognizing that we entered the store, and how quick she was to step from behind the counter to help us find what we were looking for. Especially since I asked where you all keep the products I was looking for. Her knowledge impressed me also. Service is what I look for way above pricing and Maddie's level of service is what will keep me coming back. I have no problem in saying that Maddie is the gold standard of auto parts customer service.

I needed some coolent for my car and the man who helped me knew exactly what I needed and where it was. Unfortunately I didn't catch his name. On top of that Jesse was leaving and stopped to help me when I was having trouble with getting my hood up. He went to the full extent of making sure I knew how to the next time I needed as well. Absolutely the best customer service! I highly recommend them!

Bad battery in my 87 chevy truck. They had the right battery in stock, and rolled out the cart to help me change it. Awesome service! Did I mention it was 8am, temp @ -10? Thanks again y'all!
