I had a real bad experience with Bill. The person helping me select oil and filter seemed to have selected the correct stuff for me and my deisel engine. I believe the supplies were correct due to my own web searches and owners manual references as well as his use of you store computer. Bill was asked to verify and he, very condisendingly, replaced the deisel oil (per the mobile1 label on the jug) with the store brand oil that was a completely different viscosity and the label clearly said it was for gasoline engines. When I asked him to explain, he could not...other than his years of experience. When I asked how using this oil might affect my warranty, he advised me that it would already be void due to the oil filter selected (matched the vehicle correctly). In the end, I was very uncomfo
