On 10/18 I called the store and spoke to FREDDIE, he was not friendly over the phone and his tone and conversation made it seem like he didn't want to assist me. If he doesn't want to help customers with their vehicles he shouldn't be in the customer service & car repair business. I specifically asked for a certain car part for an automatic vehicle to be delivered from another store and he said it would be delivered at 9:30 am on 10/19. Then he tried hanging up without taking my name or phone number for the part being delivered/ transferred from another store. Then I call on 10/19 for my part so my mechanic can fix my car and spoke to BILL who noticed that the part was incorrect ( after Freddie said it was the correct part I needed) BILL immediately ordered the correct part and it was deli

Bill was great. He installed the new wiper blade for me and demon how to use a lug lock for my spare tire. I was in and out in no time.

First they installed the wrong battery in my car months ago (different location), and then when I took it in to exchange for the right battery they didn't install it all the way so it was loose and moving around..

Victoria, at OReilly Auto Parts on Simmons, was professional, efficient.and went above and beyond in trying to find a fuel pump for my car. I will definitely return to this shop in the near future.

Had such a good experience there getting a new battery replaced and installed. Devon was super kind and helpful even though it was HOT outside. Would recommend this spot to anyone!
