O'Reilly Auto Parts

My engine Serive light came on when I started my car. It stayed on as I drove. I went to O'Reilly Auto Parts at 3234 N. Andrews Ave. Oakland Park, Fl 33309* on 11/5/2025 *They did a Veri Scan which is free and performed a Powertrain Diagnostic Trouble Code. They also checked my Battery, which is also free. Alternator & Starter checked for free as well. *My servvice tech was Eduardo Ramos* *He was unbelievably friendly, professional, and addressed all my concerns* He was extremely patient. He told me what the problem was and I will address that with my mechanic, who buys parts from this store. The Store is just around the corner from Walgreens on Oakland Park Blvd on Andrews ave. The store is clean and has everything you need. The parking lot is large which made it so helpful. Eduardo also

They were not helpful at all. I left and went to another store on sunrise and was helped with no problem

Just left here, and was attended by Luis. He has great customer service skills, and very knowledgeable on the different products orieilly provides. Can definitely see him in a leadership role.

Just a fact that they had a special part for my car in stock they deserve five stars. The kid was so incredibly nice behind the counter 10 times nicer than anybody in advance Auto parts or anywhere else for that matter . I have never been in an O'Reilly's before and it's worth the trip...
