I needed a radiator online 99$ delivered but 2 days. Was being rushed O Riley's price with a 20min drive into town 218$ absolutely mind blowing just before Christmas also. Should have got the online one. Said if i order it from the hub i have to pay delivery fee. 80$ not but since the other store went out of business you can't tell me there hasn't been an increase of sales but over 100% mark up. Thanks for doing the good people of Alabama a dis service. Then, they don't offer concentrat coolant???? Never been to an auto store that only offers 50/50 mix for the great deal of 19.99.....:( concentrated at lowes 8.99$. But Bad business practices is not how you get repeat consumers. Costumer service is excellent very professional. The prices on the other hand is extremely expensive. Example 179.00 out the door. Just down the road at Napa 104.99 out the door same item do the math.

I was struggling to install a new sun visor and decided to stop by O’Reilly Auto Parts. Don, the manager, took the time to fix it for me and made sure it was done right. This level of customer service is rare these days. Highly recommended!

The most not friendly folks I have ever seen in my life like if you don't want to work go home. Don't make it miserable for everyone else.
