Came in in a Sunday called first to pick up lug nuts that she said they were in stock drove 30 min . Walked in lady said they were hanging in the back isle 2. We were standing looking for the part number that she yelled down the isle rather than getting up to help us find them. After standing there looking some more she says oh wait they are in the back still yelling down the isle. We walk back up front as she scuffs her feet slowing walking to the back. Few minutes she comes back up looks at the computer again and proceeds walking as slow as possible scuffing her feet to the back. Few more minutes she comes back.oh I can't find them some one put them in the wrong spot. The worst service ever, I get that sometimes things are moved or the computer can be mistaken on whats there but she act

The guys that work inside will try their best to sell you the most expensive type of part because they make commission off each sale. I don’t think any of them are actual car guys that want to get you back on the road. All they care about is making money off you. Autozone doesn’t do that. Shameful

I’m a local resident of orange have been since I was in elementary school and about a couple years ago I applied to a position here to get into cars and parts cause that’s my passion. I never heard anything from them or even got a email saying they decided to go with someone else and today that just really shook me, I called oreillys looking for a front left side cv axle for my car, the young man asked me what a cv axle was and if I meant a cv bracket. This is sad. Hiring people with poor communication skills and no car knowledge once so ever. Oreillys has already failed miserably compared to advance auto and they are still kicking ass with great customer service. Oreillys associates should go and take some lessons from advance!! Never calling or going there again just a terrible experienc
