I just left the store where I bought oil and a filter for my car last week. I needed a sensor cleaner and needed advice on which one to use. There was only one woman at the counter named Marisol, who completely ignored me while I was waiting in line, even though I was the only customer in the store. Then, with a terrible attitude, without even saying hello or good morning, just a dismissive shake of her head, she finally let me know that after five minutes of waiting, she could finally help me. With service like that, it's unlikely they'll ever have any customers. I'd rather go somewhere else.

O’Reilly’s loaned me (2) tools that are broken. Their Cooling System Test and their Torque Wrench I THINK on purpose. I told them I needed it for a 2011 Toyota Prius head gasket job and they didn’t check if they work. Now I have to walk 5 miles to return it and 2-3 days for my money back AND I HAVE TO START MY WORK ALL OVER BECAUSE IM STRANDED OUTSIDE ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD. I could’ve just bought a brand new for cheaper. They were supposed to check their loaner tools per SOP and make sure they work and not give the wrong information. That goes against the Hippocrates Oath. They were all smiling like they knew too. …. Beware of the workers here. You can smell alcohol and Khara in their breathe. I came to this O'Reilly's because the one near my house has not emptied their recycle oil tank in about a month. This location is on my way home from work and I went to dump my oil here. Most of the staff was friendly and greeted me when I walked in. The store is clean and looked to be well stocked as well. My only issue is an employee literally just stood next to me within a few feet watching me dump my old oil. It took another employee to tell that one employee to let me be and to do something else.

Marisol was amazing! Helped me get a battery installed & dbl checked the starter and alternator were good to go!

horrible customer service went there at 12/13 2025 and a girl name marisol didn’t help me what so ever with my warranty she couldn’t find my number even though i went to a different o riley’s and they found it and i’m pretty sure marisol and junior are dating i saw them talking to each other and they were holding hands and hugging which is not o riley protocol so i will be reporting that to cooperate
