I went to autozone not knowing much about my car battery and they were very rude to me making me feel stupid. I decided to call O’REILLY auto parts here in orrville and Shawn gave me complete piece of mind. Told me pricing for everything I was looking for and when I made my purchase. He wheeled out his tools and even help me quickly install my battery. THANK YOU Shawn, and thank you oreilys! Shawn looks like a very hard working man and he deserves all the credit. Well done 👌🏽

Great service and quick to get your parts in if they don't have them

Staff was very helpful and filled my windshield washer fluid.

I had to get some stuff and so my search brought me to this store. I visited in-person, having already pre-researched the matter online. The teenager who helped me gets one star for non-existent customer service. The manager-type person who was there also, he did help me; but it seemed like he was tired of making up for the teenager's indifference..... I did get what I needed. I did make an exchange/return in my two visits. But I was told originally that they did not have it (after the website told me otherwise). Well, they DO have it -- but it would be available after a few hours' time to same-day ship it to the store. I had to tell the guy this. He should have said: "I can get it for you later today -- shall I order it same day delivery to our store for you?" This did not happ

the employee that helped me was super helpful, was there right when I walked in the door, helped me find what I needed, very quick and professional. 5/5
