To start I want to say the sales man Jason Jacob's was amazing and easy to deal with and wish I could just rate him separately. My experience then started to take a turn for the worse. I went into the dealership on Feb. 28th seeking to buy a 2026 Traverse RS with just sunroof and floor liners . Talked to the sales manager he said he can get it. Perfect. I built the car to the spec I wanted. We worked out a price with the incentives so i knew how much down and how much i would be financing. Put my 500 dollar deposit down and left get a call and come back March 8th to pick up the car and im excited. I Get there and it looks beautiful well they say go test drive it while I finish up with this customer well I get in and look its got 359 miles on it. A little confused I googled is that still co
