What has happened to O'Reilly's I was in Dothan Alabama O'Reilly's they called Ozark Alabama for the parts they said they had them they will have them on the counter for me drove 30 min to Ozark and they had the wrong parts and one of them they didn't even had it in the store so O'Reilly's just lost my business
Jessie was awesome! Very, Very, VERY patient with my unique situation! She definitely deserves a raise just for her customer service! In this day and age, that needs to be recognized and celebrated !
Went up there to warranty a ratchet I bought years ago that now skips several teeth, they wouldn’t honor the warranty because it wasn’t put under an account. Never had a problem with any other parts house such as AutoZone, harbor freight. They just hand you a new tool and tell you to have a good day
