If I could give a zero star I would. Bought a battery 2 months ago, with a 1 year warranty. Now it won't start the truck. Put different battery in stared just fine. Took the battery for warranty exchange and they refused, said the battery showed good. "It won't start my truck," I said. "Well if this machine doesn't say it's bad a can't exchange it." I repeated," IT WON'T START MY TRUCK!" His response,"can't help to. Never shopping in an oreilys again. And will tell everybody I know not to shop there either!

I needed a new tail light and they were quick to help me get the right one. Turns out it is really easy to get out and replace! Yay!

The clerk was very helpful and knowledgeable. Also their inventory was accurate! :)

I am thrilled an Autozone opened in Pea Ridge because I was tired of having to go to this store. I don't know if it is only this location that is this bad, but I have received the wrong parts multiple times. I've had my vehicle apart ready with my parts, only to discover they did not fit, so the vehicle had to be put back together. Thankfully, it hasn't happened in a worse situation where I cannot drive my vehicle at all, but it is a matter of time if I keep shopping here. When I went to the store to tell them the part was wrong, they looked it up and said it was correct. They didn't believe me or didn't care. They didn't attempt to solve the problem or apologize. Yesterday I took my car into O'Reilly's to have my battery checked. I was pretty sure the battery was dying. Kevin, the manager, was very helpful in checking my battery (it was confirmed it was dead). I was able to purchase a new battery and needed filters and Kevin installed them in my car and then I was on my way. I was so grateful for his help and competence! Will continue to use them for my vehicle needs.
