I was very optimistic after reaching out to this shop for tire mount & balance. (Supporting a local business) I expressed the situation that i already had new tires and i was not expecting a break on pricing. I stopped in the day before my appointment to touch base with the lady behind the counter to confirm that they could do the tires which she said they absolutely could do. I dropped the truck off at 7:50am and handed her the keys. She called me at 9am, told me that it was going to be 75 each (Cash) rather than 55 because, “It takes 3 hours to change our tire machine to support a reverse mounted tire.” (Realistically it takes 30 seconds to install the plastic guards.) They did a fantastic job replacing the wheel sensors on my truck. The service was quick, the price was fair, and they even accommodated a last‑minute schedule change when I was delayed by a work meeting. Professional, flexible, and efficient—highly recommend.

Without a doubt the best shop around! I was traveling from fort Worth Texas to buy a car. I needed 2 tires on the car and guess what? LOGAN SAVED THE DAY!!! Bad customer service, had a tire that needed an emergency quick patch, the gentleman there was very uninterested about helping with this, they won’t make an exception for you. I wouldn’t recommend it.

I would strongly caution anyone before taking their vehicle to this shop. I originally brought my car in for a leak repair. I was first quoted around $400, but during the process they claimed I also needed a new compressor and additional work. By the end, my bill had jumped to over $1,500. When I picked up my car, it was still overheating and not running properly. As a single mom, I had to wait and save up again before taking it to another mechanic. The second, reputable mechanic told me that none of the repairs I was charged for had actually been done. When I called this shop to ask for warranty information on the supposed parts, I was told the warranty “follows the mechanic, not the part” — which is not true, especially for third-party parts warranties.
