I was looking for a replacement drain plug for my wife’s car. As usual they went above and beyond to help find a plug that would fit her radiator. At one point it seemed half the staff were scouring the store front and back to get me what I needed. When speaking with her a gentleman by the name of Luis greeted me as well and ensured me I getting the best service with his elite team of associates. I was in immediate need of a brake caliper for my vehicle. I checked the websites of every auto part store in my area to find one that has the part I needed in stock. This location was the only store that had the correct part in stock and was still open. When I first pulled into the parking lot I thought that I had misread the store's hours and thought they were already closed because none of the lights in the parking lot or store front were on at 8pm. There were 2 employees behind the counter and one customer checking out when I walked in and got in line. It took the cashier at least 5 minutes to acknowledge me and he sounded annoyed once he did.
