Kid working the counter named Braden doesn't treat people with respect. Basically acted like a I was wasting his time and inconveniencing him by trying to buy parts there. He was so disrespectful that my son actually told him not to speak to me like that. I moved to a different associate Steve who was helpful and did not have a negative attitude like Braden.

JP is the man. My battery died about a block from the store. I got a jump to get to the over there. JP tested the battery. It was obviously bad.....he rings me up and went outside and installed it for me. 100% customer satisfaction. Saved me from having to come back for the core. Thanks JP.

I went in to O’Reilly this morning about 10:30 this morning to ask for help with my car. There was only one person working on the counter with a line of about 10 people and they were absolutely blasting music on the radio so loud I couldn’t hear myself think. After 5min of not getting helped I left and went to autozone down the street.

Darnell, asst mgr helped me get my car up and running. Installed the battery in the dark! Friendly service.

Very helpful! My engine light came on so I stopped in and they were able to tell me what code was popping up. While talking to them about other car issues I was having, they recommended this stuff. All and all, I was extremely happy with my visit given the circumstances.
