Horrible customer service some guy Raydin didn't help me at all instead he was inside helping a girl employee and left me outside.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This location provided such terrible customer service out its ridiculous. The "manager" alejandra had such an attitude it was hard to believe she was a manager. We got 4 rotors 2 brake pads from the ontario location. Only to find out we got the wrong parts, only 1 was right, okay not a problem, we tried to return and exchange for the right ones at the pomona location because that's closer to me. Go in lugging in these Heavy units, only for the associate to tell us he can't help us because they are the "closing crew" no reason just told us no and to come back the next day to deal with a specific manager. We come back the next day, lugging these units again, only to deal with a terrible manager. We walk in, she's on the phone, after she gets

Call O'Reilly's and spoke Alejandra she was so rude unprofessional on customer service when she picked up the phone all you hear is loud music laughing and no kind of customer service had some problems with some brakes pads never I will go there again they need to hire better customer service and friendly people.

Excellent service. I was needed to replace a battery. I went to the auto zone couple block away first, the employee gave me an attitude and refused to install the battery for me. Orielly was friendly, and happier helped me for the installation. I will go orielly next time.
