Damon is professional, knowledgeable, and always ready to help with a great attitude. You can tell he genuinely cares about both his team and the customers. I just went to O'Reilly's because I had a tail light issue and Andrew one of the employees that work at O'Reilly's here in Portales was so helpful with helping me figure out why and helping me fix my tail light so appreciative of the local O'Reilly's here there's some awesome people five stars all the way

McKenzie helped us out and was 10/10. We were traveling and a tail light went out. He helped us find the right replacement and installed it even though it was dusk and hard for him to see. Plus he helped install new headlights and wiper blades. Excellent customer service. 👌
