I stopped in to O'reilly Auto Parts on Tuesday the 10th, and a younger kid i think his name was Aries helped me install a battery in my car for my daughter, not only was the customer experience extremely professional, he helped me and my daughter get a really good grasp on how to install a battery the correct way. I will be doing my regular shopping here from now on! Thank you for winning me over :)

Came here Saturday night to buy a rear wiper blade. They say they install them for free. They broke my wiper control arm. I called to speak to a manager and was told they don’t know when the manager is in because he doesn’t come in a lot. The receipt says the employees name is Daelan.

Stopped in to get a quart of oil . O'reillys synthetic. 5w-30. Reasonable priced. Good service. People were hospitable. Friendly.

I've gone to AutoZone for YEARS but after being at O'Reilly's today I'll be transitioning my business there. Everyone was super helpful, I didn't feel like a bother like I usually do at AutoZone, and the guys were very kind and even played with my kids while I was getting my stuff sorted out. That went a long way for me and I'll be coming in more often.
