O'Reilly Auto Parts

Recently I found myself in a bind when my headlight went out in my Jeep. I first went to Autozone where they would not help me so I came to O’Reilly Auto Parts on El Camino in Redwood City where Taylor went above and beyond his duty to help me with my problem. I will continue to come back to this store for the amazing customer service. Thank you Taylor. I am grateful for your help.

O’reilly, please please get a self checkout option….. 1 employee at the counter, obviously people need help getting the right part and that takes time and expertise, but simply checking out needs to be an easier process. This happens to me at this location all the time. Please note, the employees at this store are very helpful, patient, kind and knowledgeable. This is an ownership/management issue.

Looked up to see if they would help install a battery if you bought one, this location said no they don’t.

Horrible location. Horrible customer services. Ive been waiting on the side of the road for 2 hours for a 1pm delivery and the whole time the store has been waiting to get the items in stock. But then they realized they just didn't scan their own inventory and had the items.
