Great service. Have been frustrated dealing with other part stores lately. Happily went back to O'Reilly to find a knowledgeable staff!

Our number one parts store, and they always go above and beyond every time we need something. If they don't have it they will take the time and help you find it. There is not one thing I would change, and EVERY person that works there is exceptional. Madi, Roy, Nick, Austin, Dom, and so many more employees.

They sold us a bad alternator and it fried my car parts and now I have to do all this extra stuff to get it fixed. I am not happy with O'Reilly's

I've come to O'Reilly for decades now it seems and haven't really ever had too many issues. This Rice Lake, Wisconsin location is pretty right on so no complaints here. Great service. Decent enough parts for the times. Central location in town. Again, no complaints.
