I thought I had a battery issue but the guys tested and found it to be the starter. They were extremely helpful, going above and beyond with friendliness and service. They answered all my questions to help me understand how to better care for my car. I'd highly recommend this location!

My car battery died unexpectedly tonight, and after my friend gave me a boost, I headed straight to O’Reilly (Arapaho location) to buy a new one. Jim, the gentleman who helped me, was fantastic—he clearly explained all my options without trying to upsell me on the most expensive choice. He also walked me through the warranty details, signed me up for their rewards program, and installed the new battery himself. The entire process took less than 30 minutes. Huge shout-out to Jim for the excellent service! Highly recommend this location.

On my way home , I stop for fuel. Filled up and ready to go , I get the dreaded click click click. No start , battery too low. I tried THE PUSH START no luck, headlight slightly dimmer than the first 2 tries. I look around the parking lot , see Orielly's auto parts. This battery came from there; I dont have my receipt. They had my purchase history in their computer, saw it was within the 6 month warranty, had me a replacement battery , ready for install in 20 seconds. They didn't ask for receipt, just told me they appreciated my loyalty have a great day. It was one of the quickest visits possible, left with a new battery within 5 mins. The people at Oriellys have always been great, with quick service.

From oklahoma, but had to stop in here and get tie downs. Fast, convenient and fairly priced

They are almost as good as going to a mechanic. If you can give a general idea of what’s wrong with your car, I’m pretty sure they can guess what you need to have it fixed. The guys are quick to find the parts in the store and I’ve even had one of the guys help me install the part in the parking lot. They are quick and good at what they do.
