Extremely disappointed with the service here. I came in for oil for my 2005 Ford F-250 6.0L Diesel, and the staff sold me 5W-30. This truck requires 15W-40 or 10W-30 that meets Ford spec WSS-M2C171-F1. 5W-30 is a passenger car weight and lacks the additives needed to protect a high-pressure diesel engine like the Power Stroke. Selling the wrong oil can lead to thousands of dollars in engine and injector damage. Buyers, double-check your own specs before trusting the advice at this location."

Terrible customer service. Cashier has head on counter after she looks up my part. Points to an isle and I cant find my light. I go to my car and get the book and cashier put her head back up and looks at me struggle to find part. Puts head on counter. I look across the street and see an Autozone. Leave and go to Autozone where they look up the part and go to isle and show me my part. I pay my 65 dollars and I have light. Took 5 minutes. Do better O'Reilly.

These guys/staff is awsome.. And when I can't find the location of the replacement piece, they go the extra mile to help me locate it.. Thanks
