O'Reilly Auto Parts

Absolutely despicable customer service. Every single O'Reilly carries materials or tools on the side for people to use in the parking lot. I asked if I could borrow something, and they said they don't have it as I'm looking at it on their car. And then, the manager just walks away. No one else is in the store. They just didn't want to help. I'm on the cross country drive on a motorcycle for suicide awareness, and I told them that, and I only asked for literally a spray for my chain.

I recently had an issue with my Jeep when the battery died unexpectedly. Thankfully, Levi, the district manager, went above and beyond to help. Not only did he personally assist with installing a new battery, but he was also incredibly knowledgeable and kind throughout the entire process. It’s rare to see that level of hands-on support and genuine care. Huge thank you to Levi! Your help made a frustrating situation so much easier!

Mr. Craig the manager went above and beyond to assist with my alternator and warranty issues. He was a big help and with great customer service at this store. I will return.

Quick and helpful service at O'Reilly Auto Parts. The manager Craig changed my air filter for me and was very informative throughout the process. Appreciate the great customer service.

Craig at the Robertsdale location was very helpful and kind! I needed help with putting something on my vehicle and he was more than happy to lend me a hand. Great service!!
