Had an amazing experience here. Coming down from Oregon my brakes started making a hideous sound! Knowing I had just changed them, I took my tire off to find the bolt in my caliper had come out. Came to the nearest store which was this one and was greeted by Michelle, Wyatt, Sean, and Jeremy. They were so friendly and made me laugh all while easing my concerns as Jeremy helped me find the right bolt. I was able to replace it in the parking lot! Jeremy really went above and beyond to help me. I’ll always remember this team!! I appreciate you all.

I bought a set of windshield washer blades and the gentleman that sold them to me actually installed them for me. Much appreciated.

Last weekend, my wife and I were having issues with our car. We managed to get our car to this location, and David tested our battery/alternator, and diagnosed a bad alternator. He gave us confidence that we could probably replace it ourselves, and sure enough, we did it! Unfortunately, we were too happy to get back on the road and should have probably had someone test our battery again, but we left and that pooped out on us, next. Well, the next day we came back, and Wyatt (and David, again!) came out and helped us fix us a loose terminal, and once again we were on the road. We were visiting from out of town for our anniversary, and dealing with a car that didnt want to run was incredibly disheartening and stressful. The people at the O’Reilly’s are super helpful and kind. They offered me many different selections of window wipers and explained everything really well! Big shout out to Eric who helped me put them on in the pouring rain because I didn’t how too #Ericisthebest

Huge shout out to Chris and Wyatt the tge Rohnert Park O'Reilly's. I needed an obscure fitting for a Chevy transmission. I had an example and Chris took the time to find the part and get it sent to the store for delivery that afternoon. Wyatt pulled the part, ordered up the 2nd one I needed, and had me back on the road in no time. Huge thanks for your help, gentlemen!
