The people who work here have gone beyond the minimum requirements of completing a purchase several times in the past few months. I'm not a mechanic, but recently have been forced to do my own car repairs. Even when I am clueless and vulnerable, every employee has gone out of their way to help me get the proper parts when I was in need of a knowledgeable friend. This is in stark contrast to the other auto parts chain in Roseburg, which has employees with less knowledge or skill than a high school junior in shop class. After realizing the difference in the two businesses, I have gladly made every purchase of this nature here since relocating to the area and struggling with some serious repair challenges this year.

Great place to get parts they have most things in stock for everyday stuff and are quick on ordering things if you need prices are reasonable for the most part nothing beats Amazon but you never know the quality with Amazon plus they have military discounts and a good rewards program they even price match helped me this truck back on the road

I stopped in on a Sunday afternoon. A very knowledgeable and nice counterman helped me. I got what I needed within 5 minutes of arriving! Great service!!
