Walked into the store and was never acknowledged as a customer. I walked around looking for what I needed and still was never acknowledged. I suppose I could have just picked up what I needed and walked out without paying because they never knew I was there. I was there for about 15 minutes. It was a very unpleasant customer experience. I will not be back. Auto Zone will get my business from now on.
They didn't have the intercooler hose I needed (no one did) but it'll be here at 7:30 tomorrow morning.
I highly recommend this location for all your needs. Wow! If only I could leave 10 stars. What an incredible customer service experience. The management team is top tier, thank you Daniel. Will be back!
Waited at the counter for several minutes while multiple guys just talked in the back. One guy saw me and never came to the counter. Just chatting with his coworker. Poor poor service. Went to Autozone and was helped right then.
Came in because my car was acting up and the store was close to closing . David an associate at the location went above and beyond to help out with my situation
