I visited this store at around 8:30 PM to ask for a Fix Finder scan for my check engine light. The staff member told me they don’t do it after 8:30 PM, so I left and came back the next morning around 10:00 AM. I saw the same person from the night before and asked again for help. He told me he couldn’t help because he was “the only person here,” even though another staff member was behind the counter speaking with him even though I couldn’t see the person. When I asked why he said he was the only one, he didn’t answer me and completely ignored my question. I didn’t want to argue, so I left and went to another AutoZone store. The staff there was busy but still offered to lend me the tool so I could check it myself or I could wait for him. So I decided to do it myself It took only a few minut

I like this auto store most persons work here are very nice. But store is extremely dirty . Front entrance door is so filthy . I no it’s auto part store but sometimes these people working there doing nothing. Little windex and paper might be nice to keep from door somewhat clean.

They usually have what I need and someone on staff to answer any question. Convenient location in between SLZ, SL, and Hayward.

Friendly staff, had questions answered quickly. Was in and out fairly quick

Showed a part in stock online, but none at the store. Very polite sales person found it for me nearby. Parking lot is pretty dark, so go during the day.
