Quick Quack Car Wash

Unfortunetly, I had a bad experience at this quick quack car wash. My side view mirror was broken and i submitted a incident report with one of the workers there. The guy was pretty straight forward and professional. And I would of honestly been content just speaking with him. I did the HORRIBLE mistake to ask to speak to the manager. He stated that the assistant manager was there and he called her over. All I needed was to speak to the manager for reassurance that the issue would be handled and everything was good before I leave. Her name is Ariel. She approached me and asked what else I wanted from her as if I was bothering her. And then she told me to just put tape on my side view mirror. When she went to grab a business card she looked me up and down with attitude as she walked away.

July 2025: I came here for a few weeks and then I noticed my car had swirls in it. I spoke with one of the staff and they confirmed it was from there machine. When I submitted a claim the declined because mar car is a 2017 and they May approve claims but only for cars from the last 5years. I came here weekly, where else would I get these swirls from?? What other evidence did you need quick quack?? So if your car isn’t newer be careful of coming here bc your car will get swirls The ladies at the front were not helpful and told me policy said only cars from the last 5 years would be covered. and every time I’d call they never answered so I had no luck of contacting the manager. I brought my 2018 Tesla Model 3 to Quick Quack Car Wash on 08/12/2025 and left with visible damage that was not there before entering. I immediately reported it, but after their “investigation,” they denied responsibility despite the incident happening inside their facility. I requested they review the video footage from the wash tunnel for my visit, but they refused to provide it. The lack of accountability and transparency is extremely disappointing.

I travel a lot for work, often carrying equipment for work in my vehicle. I work in parking, so things can quickly make my car dirty. When visiting this location, Kaylee helped me choose the best type of wash to get for my vehicle so the outside can look as clean as possible after the rain made my already dirty car worst. And I got to easily vacuum my car before starting my workday! Thank you to Kaylee and the team at this location for a convenient and good experience at Quick Quack!

You can tell she actually cares about customers — she makes sure everything’s spotless, explains the wash options clearly, and has this great positive energy that instantly makes your day better.
