I am a long-time customer. I went in for coolant, and an employee named Christian was dealing with a young lady who, I guess, frustrated him. He then proceeded to call the lady a bunch of names, including the N-word. Not realizing someone was in the store, much less a person of color, he then proceeded to air out his feelings for Black people in general, the hard “er” was said multiple times (3 time from what I heard), after I had enough, I came around the corner, which then his tone changed, I proceeded to let him know how wrong he was, sternly. Needless to say, you lost a customer. I will use every single pull I have in this city to ensure that as long as he is still working there, this store will lose more customers and money. You can’t work in a city that is this multicultural and fee

Just wanted to let you know that I entered your establishment Tuesday after work to buy some windshield wipers for my Nissan Xterra. When I found a young man sitting in a chair behind your counter playing on his phone and could care less if he help me or not. Someone should really do something about this young man I believe that his manager said his name was Christian.

Our car was having multiple issues. Checked the battery and it had to be replaced. Rodger provided excellent service, he was very knowledgeable and friendly. This was our 2nd time coming here and the first time the representative had great customer service as well. Definitely recommend this place to anyone! Once we replaced the battery, the issues we were having went away.

This is my favorite O'Reilly store. They always help me out. Today my nephew had problems with his car that were unusual and it took for the workers at the store to assist me to figure out what parts I needed to fix the problem. I get a lot of help from all the other stores but this one (Sanford by the intersection of 17-92 and H.E.Thomas prkwy/25th St) always gets to the bottom of it for me and that's why I have my nephew meet me there. Thanks you guys again for all your help!
