Allow me to say this, I’m not from Ohio so something’s you just deal with, however I spoke to their rent a mechanic meaning they are wanna be mechanics and not only did they kid named Logan treat me like a piece of crap he didn’t even want to tell the condition of my car, he stated I needed an alternator if I had listened to him I’d spend unnecessary money, only to find out I needed a battery, stop trying to diagnose cars when your not qualified and please treat every person who comes through that door with respect even if they are not the same color as you. I’ll never go to that particular location ever again.

I was driving in the rain when the windshield wiper of my rental car flew off of the clip. After my girlfriend called a few places, she was told by a number of places that they weren't sure if they had the wipers for this car (a Nissan Sentra). She finally reached George at O'Reilly's who said, "bring it on in and I'll take care of it." Sure enough, after literally a minute or two I had a new wipers that George installed free-of-charge (for the installation). George was great and I wouldn't hesitate to go to this O'Reilly's again, even if it took me a little out of the way.

I got a message on my dashboard that my turn signal was out so i stopped at this O'Reilly's. George found the bulb i needed and installed it in minutes! Excellent service!

I will never set foot in one of these locations again. Thanks to their employee Doug with the lazy customer service he had and the terrible attitude. You think they would respect the customer that brings them business and yet it’s my fault your company sold me the wrong battery so I have had to replace it so many times . Not this time it was still under warranty and this joke of an employee told me I had to pay for the next one. I’m cool clearly you guys don’t know what you’re doing considering you sold me the wrong battery and have no respect for your costumers and if you keep Doug around your not going to have much more business cause I promise you just lost mine
