Take 5 Oil Change

I went yesterday for an oil change. Devin the manager happened to be my tech. He was wonderfully kind and patient answering questions I had about my car. Fluids were topped off and tire pressures were checked and improved as needed. The store was very busy and there was a wait but I wanted and got the same attention customers before me got and I was very pleased. Will definitely go back again.

Jared is the best of the best. I had air pockets in my cooling system because the prior service of having a water pump & thermostat replaced. But the technician failed to BURP the line which caused my engine temperature spike up when ever I came to a stop and the heater didn't function unless I drove 70mph. Stop by the store and told Jared what was up with my car and he did a coolent flushing to a SUV with 288,232 mileage and now I've gained 4 mpg and the engine temperature is satys nice cool and balanced. I paid $70 and they refused to put air in my tires even though it’s the main reason I went there and I asked them three times. They said they couldn’t put air in one of my tires because it was damaged and I agreed and asked them to fill the other three because they were low and they still didn’t fill them. No water or top off like other take 5’s, and missing the friendly staff as well. This is the first location I have had an issue at from a take 5 in 10 years. I also was there for over 40 minutes even though there was only one car in front of me. I recommend going to any Take 5 except this one, just did not meet the quality and expectations of other shops.

I had a great experience at Take 5 thanks to Jacob and Devon! They were extremely friendly, nice, and provided amazing customer service. They were also very fast and efficient while still taking the time to explain everything clearly and make sure I felt comfortable. It’s refreshing to receive such excellent servic. Jacob and Devon truly went above and beyond. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this location!

on friday 1/16 i went to location# 145 at 7805 Broadview Rd. in seven hills ohio. i needed new wiper blades. the young man sold me new blades for approx. $70 and put them on. i tested them and told him it was leaving a large spot un-wiped on the windshield right in front of my face. he said it would work itself out abd to have a good day. i left and kept using them, but it did not work itself out. the next day on saturday 1/17 (my 50th birthday by the way), i went to a different location and explained the problem. they said the only thing they could do was sell me new blades for another $70. they told me to go back to store# 145 and see if they will try again. i went back and the same young man was working..the same one that put the blades on the day before. i explained
