I just got a new Super Start battery at another location, and it presumably had low charge when I got it. My car ran once on a short drive, and then wouldn't start again a couple days of cold weather later. I drip charged it (not quite to max) and brought it to this location today to test and charge for a while longer. I got one sentence into explaining this to the workers when they belligerently told me (without even testing the battery first) that I obviously have a bad alternator and they would not replace my battery (I wasn't even asking for this!). The workers also refused to let the battery sit on the charger for a bit, claiming this was totally pointless. Who wants to have a debate when they go to get their battery checked? Awesome customer service! I stopped in for wipers and Dylen came out and even installed them for me! Nice guy! I made a friend today!

Took my wife's car over because of battery issues. Charles tested the battery, confirmed it was dead, and installed the new one we purchased. Afterward he tested the alternator too to make sure everything else was ok. Great guy, great experience, will be back in the future. Thank you!

Dylan was very helpful and kind while helping replace my headlights. We always get such good service here!
