I visited O’Reilly Auto Parts to purchase a headlight for my truck. Upon entering, sales representative Aaron greeted me and asked how he could assist. After I explained what I needed, he guided me to the appropriate section and clearly explained the pricing options. After checkout, he offered to install the headlight. Although I initially declined, I decided it would be best to have it installed on the spot. Aaron completed the installation quickly and efficiently, and I was on my way within minutes. His customer service was professional, courteous, and truly top tier.

The manager Johnathan customer service is top tier. Every time I come in contact with this man his customer service is always the same. It's hard to come by but he represents your company very well so Kudos to him and again Thanks for taking care of me today and installing my tail light. Truly appreciated

I tried to go to the store today before I had to go to work. The store was closed even though it was supposed to be open at 7:30am. I waited for 15 minutes but it never opened so I left. This happened earlier last week as well. Y’all need to call before you waste your time driving there in the morning. So inconvenient.
