I was at this location today.... Esther came out to help me with two other guys as well.... They checked on my truck because he would start..... When he finally started, they checked my battery, starter and alternator and they all passed..... Anyhow, there should be more people hired like them.....they were A-1Stars today........

I was in need of straps to secure a washing machine in my truck. First off I was referred to the o’Reillys in Slaton by the owner of Zaz RV. The salesman (Art) not only guided me as to which straps to purchase, but he came out to my truck and secured the washer with those straps. I was headed to Snyder, and had to drive some slower due to the wind trying to shift the huge box. But did get safely home with the new washing machine for my daughter. Thank you so much Art! I’ve never had a problem in this particular store. The management is great. The employees are great and are always very helpful. They operate with integrity and honesty and that goes a long way in my book!!

Came here to get my battery replaced, and Jay somehow forgot to bolt down the positive side of the battery. It looks like he dropped the bolt and just didn’t tell us, causing it to come loose down the road.

They were a big help trying to find out what was wrong with my F150 truck. Were a Ford house didn't have the time to even look at it because they are "short handed".
