Very efficient. He arrived within a couple hours of setting up the service. We had our car towed from our home to the repair shop. Price was very reasonable, and he explained that most full insurance policies reimburse the towing.

Our hybrid would not start, we called the service department and they gave us the number to Wilson Wrecker Service. William (the tow truck driver) was at our house within 10 minutes. He was very helpful and efficient. I highly recommend this service.

Driver was very nice, helpful and enjoyed talking with him. I discovered later that he had backed into the framing on my garage door before I got there. If not for that, I would rate the experience a 5. Fee for towing was paid by car dealership per last survey question.
