I was any this O'Reilly's getting a new battery, because of health issues I asked if they would carry it in for me they did they found the replacement and I asked if they would carry it out for me out the door we went after problems with the bank.I appreciated all the help they gave me..I will always go there when I need auto parts.. Thanks to the crew whom helped me so much

These guys are always helpful and usually have whatever I need. Nathan, the assistant manager, is a great knowledge base whenever I've had questions.

My car let me know today to "stop vehicle, leave engine running" and showed a battery sign. I had so many errands to run today and ny husband is working all day. I know how to do somethings myself but I have never replaced the battery on this car yet. This car is new to me so I didn't even know where the battery was (it's European made). Nathan helped me find the right battery and even installed it for me! 🤯 I seriously could have hugged the man 🥹 because he literally saved my whole day! I'm glad I chose O'Reilly's today!

I’ve had a stellar experience here every time I’ve come in since I moved back 2 years ago. I love and missed the small town vibe. I just stopped to have my car scanned & Nathan said he knew what the problem was, popped my hood and fixed what felt like a serious issue in a half a second. Thanks Nathan! Modern day Batman out here, saving lives.

We always shop this the Snowflake store for all of our automotive needs, and the staff is always friendly and helpful, especially when I say "My husband said he needs such and such" and I don't have a clue about it. But, today, Nathan went above and beyond, asking me a couple of questions that I actually could answer, then explained what he recommended and why. He explained in terms I could understand and let me write it down so I could explain it to my husband when I got home...my husband said it made sense. I give Nathan 10 stars of recommendation!
