Williams Brothers Auto Service

I thought it was a good place to get service done. Long story short, they over charge and don't do good diagnostics at all. I almost lost one of my vehicles engines due to timing tensioner failure that I paid them to diagnose before it failed due to the noise by the engine. Go to MT auto electric in white mountain lakes. His name his Mike and is honest and knows what he's doing. This place isn't honest and doesn't get the job done right.

If your looking for a place to get scammed and for them to get as much money as possible out of you it's the best place to go we've had a truck fixed SEVERAL times from them due to warranties and was our first option but everytime we got it back more problems occured. They replaced a transmission and it's almost always common sense to replace lines when you replace a transmission but they didn't and when they went out not that long after they said it wasn't included in warranty. Overall good place to waste your money at.

We had our truck towed in a few weeks ago when it lost power on I-40. While taking it for a test drive the front wheel bearing went out. They fixed that and starting testing for the mechanical/electric issue. Ended up being high pressure fuel pump and #3 injector. The bill added up quickly. My wife was in the hospital for a week, I got some sort of flu, but we managed to scrape enough together to pay this bill. When we arrived to pay she showed me all that was done, the price, and then said our balance due was ZERO. We felt so blessed by what they did for us. Thank you Williams Bros Auto Service!!!

Williams Brothers Auto Service in Snowflake is the best. I needed my seat heaters fixed for a trip I'm getting ready to take with my wife. When I stopped by and talked with Larry, a check engine light just recently came on. Larry took out his diagnosis tool to find out my issue. Well, I had a gate valve or something like that failing. I'm so glad Larry checked it without me asking. I set up an appointment and they were able to fix all my problems and do a last minute oil change for me. I highly recommend this shop. Nancy and Krissa that work up in the front office are so nice and kept me informed on the progress on my truck. I trust them with my vehicle and will continue to use them as needed. (It's a F-350 and I live in Cave Creek & Overgaard. It's worth the drive)

THESE GUYS ARE A SCAM They wanted to charge me $2500 for a used part to put in my car I can get the part brand new through GM for only $800 when I confronted them about trying to over charge me they had nothing to say… IF YOU LIKE GETTING SCAMMED DEFINITELY COME HERE.
