Kelldrix went above and beyond to help me with my car, I ended up fixing more than I expected. I went in for power steering fluid and a battery test. I decided to replace my battery leads and it fixed the ticking noise on my car. Kelldrix was helping me find parts and even bringing them out to me while checking fitment. Absolutely recommend going to Oreillys over any other parts store in Spanish they have never left me disappointed I’d like to add to this as well, I came in today (oct 30) and got stuff to clean my throttle body and had Royce help me out, super helpful guy and helped me with some other issues my car had. This location has been an all time favorite parts store for me and I’m reminded why everytime I go in. 10/10

They had what I needed to purchase but when I asked them to check my engine check light the dude just hands me the scanner and tells me to bring it back in when I'm done. I had never used a scanner nor ever connected my vehicle to one. The store was not busy, had other employees around just chit chatting with their friends that had obviously come by. Understandable if you're busy, but no sympathies if you're unwilling to do your job. I'll be driving a little further to AutoZone now....they have never just handed me a scanner.

Date of Visit: 2/1/2020 OVERVIEW - 4.75 Came here when we were trying to pick up a large item we had purchased off of Facebook, and realized that we had no tie-downs with the pickup that we were borrowing. So we stopped by for a quick buy. LOCATION - 5 Found the location real easy in a good location. PRICE - 4 I'm cheap and wasn't fond of the price, but hey the quality of the product is good, so we went with it. PRODUCT/SERVICE - 5 We purchased 15 feet tie-downs in a double pack. POINTERS/PERKS - N/A Probably some pointers or perks, but not sure what they were. EMPLOYEES - 5 The employee that helped us was rather knowledgeable and was able to direct us to what we needed. He was also friendly natured, and bid us a good remainder of the weekend and rooted for the 49ers for Super Bowl

I choose this store for one major reason, Dan. Dan always helps, goes above and beyond. He is so kind, always willing to go the extra mile with questions and concerns. My favorite part of working with Dan is he actively listens to me and makes sure I am Heard, understood and then he jumps right into action

The staff greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcomed. Despite not knowing much about the problems my car was having, they didn't get mad at me for asking questions. They helped me understand more about it and made the whole experience personal rather than just a business obligation. Will be going to them for any future problems because they know their way around service better than most!
