O'Reilly Auto Parts

I bought an oil filter , and five qt thing of oil here. And the employee gave me the wrong filter. The only reason I asked him to get the filter is because they are supposed to know what they are doing. Supposed to look it up. But this guy goes in back grabs one and it was the wrong one. I thinking it was right put it on and when I started it lost over $30 dollars worth of oil . Now I'm screwed on the price of the oil cuz this jerk gave me the wrong part and they won't fix it. Worst customer service ever. I will never shop here again don't trust them clearly they don't know what they are doing

I'm from out of town Seattle Washington to be exact. I have stopped by to grab some front differential fluid and the gentleman up front was very kind. But what really blew me away was the conversation I had with Deseree. Are customer service skills are absolutely amazing. She's very personable very kind very helpful and very sweet. They were able to pull up my account for the company that I work for so I can continue to get my shop discount.

I recently visited O'Reilly Auto Parts, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The store was well-organized, and I was able to find exactly what I needed with ease. Whether you're a DIY mechanic or just someone looking for the right part for a quick fix, O'Reilly's has a fantastic selection. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and always ready to assist. I had a question about a part for my car, and the employee took the time to explain the options and helped me find the best solution. Their customer service is top-notch, and it's clear they genuinely care about making sure you get the right parts and advice. Special thank you to, Shelby the store manager! She didn't hesitate to help and get her hands dirty. Prices are reasonable, and they often have great promotions or discount

If you know the part # and what to get they always help out. Rarely have any problems here I just double check the part I wanted is what I get and after 3 years plus going here this is one of the better oreillys in towns. And even when you don’t know the specifics they are willing to help you.

So, O'Reilly's is newer to our area. After these last 8-10 years they've proven to be well stocked and offer reasonable buys. We want cheap, but quality. New companies commonly give great price, but low quality. Not O'Reilly's! They're doing us really good and must have taken a bit from Napa! Thanks O'Reilly's!
