Awesome, quick checkout! Even with a line of 4 customers. In and out. I must say I've never seen a young person work so hard. The checkout girl was working all 3 registers to quickly get everyone in and out! Thank you! Made my quick stop at lunch that much faster. Appreciate it!

A big shout out to Justin at O'Reilly's in Sparta! He went over and above to change a headlight bulb for me....even though my front end had damage from hitting a deer (or two). He was patient, kind and very persistent in making sure my headlight worked. I really appreciate it!

Great place to buy parts from and most of the staff is helpful. Only issue I had this time was that they wouldn't honor their parts quote that they gave me the day before. I expect to pay what I am quoted. Its better customer practice to honor your quote and eat the $20 difference than to argue with a long time customer in front of other customers.

I was greeted as I walked in. I was looking for wipers about was struggling to find the right one. One of the workers came right over and helped me pick out the right one and after ringing me up he came out and put it on without me even asking him to! Once that one was installed I tested it and noticed the other wiper needed needed replacement too and even though I had taken up a lot of his time already, he didn't hesitate to find the correct one and ring me up and go outside to install that one too! Extremely helpful as always!

Passing through on some work travel, my truck started missing. Called the store to see if they could get coils for me. Justin had ordered all six coming within minutes of my request. He showed me the eta and all. I showed up to the store, they borrowed me tools and even offered to help. Justin went above and beyond to take care of me. Another gentleman Douglas inside, offered his help in diagnosing as well. Small town America with good people. These two gentleman should be recognized for their hard work and professionalism.
