I received an appointment in just a few days for new tires and tps sensors which was very convenient. However, they scratched 2 of rims and proceeded to argue with me that the technician didn’t do it. Now they are trying to schedule an appointment with a body shop to get them fixed. One week later and still no appointment. See photos… clearly see a tool scraped the rim.

Very unhappy with our experience here! I purchased a used vehicle from a private party and took it here for a full inspection. Specifically told them my concerns about a possible exhaust leak because it was a little loud and I could smell exhaust fumes. They contacted me back about a part that needed to be replaced. Paid for parts and labor plus the "inspection" fee. Went to start the vehicle and sounds the same! Went into talk to the guy and he reassured there was no exhaust leak but. Took it somewhere else and they found the exhaust leak right away! Inspection my butt!

I brought my car in on a Tuesday and they said the work would be done that Thursday or Friday at the latest. Having heard nothing, I called on Friday afternoon to check in. She said the service dept would call me. They didn't. I drove by on Monday and saw my car in the lot. Still no call. So I actually went there in person after work on Monday evening and the said it was done and apologized for no communication and said they were short staffed. The work was good, but a 30 second phone call to touch base would have been nice.

Very very displeased by the service department. My 2016 Chevy Silverado wouldn't start. Had my brother who's a mechanic come over and help me get it started and had him run his scan tool and it came up with 2 codes dealing with the fuel pump and an open circuit to the fuel pump. Bought an extended warranty on the truck that covers pretty much everything major so in good faith thinking it would be better taking it to a Chevrolet dealership they would be more experienced on my truck. They called me in the morning and said they couldn't find any codes. My brother didn't clear them so they should have been in there. I very irritated that they didn't find anything after telling them what the exact codes were and what was going on with it. Yes the engine light went off but what happend to it was

The employees we very nice and helpful. As I don't know anything about tires and they described the difference between the tires available and helped me pick the best ones for my truck.
