O'Reilly Auto Parts

The 2 ladies in O'Reilly Auto Parts today were both amazing, they helped me figure out the part that was faulty on my car. Now I can replace the faulty part. Thank you ladies : )

If I could give this a zero star I would. The customer service at this store was absolutely horrible. They sold us our wiper blade and windshield washer fluid hose, he sees me Struggling with it and tells me that the instructions will tell you how to put it on. Excuse me I thought they worked at a auto parts store and they are supposed to help? We went back inside after struggling to put it on to return it and go to AutoZone so they could help us, he then offers to help put it on. Turns out he sold us the wrong things. I'm not happy with them at all. Furthermore I think he realized that we were two lesbians and just didn't want to help

Never a bad experience thank u the the whole crew at the division store but thank u to all the employees at all the stores. God bless 🙏 you all

Ive always used other auto part stores, mainly because of location and staff experience, But i will say lately o Reilly auto parts as came thru to the max. There has been several times lately they have came thru last minute and on the fly. Not only that they had it in stock and at a moment's notice, there staff is a little young and slightly inexperienced but that's okay, i helped them help me. I will be going thru them more often. For sure

So helpful,I would recommend the O'Reillys division to anyone,especially seniors that need a little extra help,I'm so grateful!!!
