Gloria was a big help when my battery needed to be replaced. My car's battery compartment requires a few extra steps for a change-out. Gloria had all the tools to make quick work of it, and she was sure to put the dialectic grease on the terminals so I don't have any corrosion issues in the future. I was in and out in under 10 minutes. Amazing! Fantastic price, compared to the dealer. This O'Reilly's is my first stop for all my DIY projects. I love that they have tools you can borrow, like refrigerant gauges. Everyone there is great.

I cannot say enough good things about this location and have been coming here for years. Today, my car battery needed replaced and also the aux battery which are under the passenger seat. Both Gloria and Andreas, while managing a very busy store, took the time to do the battery replacement for me. They had no way of knowing that they are my angels as I am going through radiation and could not have done this on my own. With a cold snap coming and lots of customers they still took care of me and all their customers. So knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you for taking the time to help your customers and I loved seeing how many people knew Gloria by name and that speaks volumes

I want to say thank you to Goose for helping me at oreilys, he was the first to greet me when i walked in. he was extremely knowledgeable on what he was talking about, and made it easy for me to understand. He also made sure I had anything else i needed to finish the job like electrical grease. He made the process easy and very smooth

Christopher saw my lost look, came to offered to help, then went out to my car popped the hood to verify what was used on my model ! He then directed to me to the best value item, and pointed out two requirements I needed to watch out for in making my own repair! He then found out at checkout that although my info was in their data base I wasn’t getting points for purchase! He fixed that and sent me on my way! It was like having my own private concierge service!

The staff here was friendly and genuinely helpful. They also let me use their tools lke a drill, when I was struggling to remove my steering wheel. Great customer service and a place I'll definitely come back to
