O'Reilly Auto Parts

I had a harness get damaged while driving my truck to Texarkana. I searched most of Texarkana for this harness. Even went to the Toyota dealership in Nash and they couldn't get the harness until the next day. My last stop was at this store and the lady did some googling and found my part and was able to get it there same day! Kudos to this store and the staff!!!

Great service! We were travelling from TX to GA & our vehicle started sputtering & check engine light came on. The gentlemen came out to scan it & it turned out to be a coil pack issue. This was on Friday evening in the middle of no where. We were thinking we would be stranded for a while. However, they even called a local mechanic friend named Red to come change it. He did an awesome job and we were able to get home. So thankful for the store & the mechanic!

Came here over the weekend with my aunt & it was at the very last minute, I felt bad bc it was less than 15 minutes before they were closing so I tried to make it as quick as possible to avoid holding them up. Tibbit & Chase helped me get what i was needing to get aunt car back on the road again and I will say, that it is very much appreciated they went as far as immediately calling ahead to the other O’Reilly store to inform them that they had a customer who was in route to get this “_____” part and it’s already paid for & when I arrived there , the parts were already sitting on the counter waiting for me. Not that it’s a big deal but it is a big convenience for me if I can get everything done in one transaction and they made it happen for me and my first experience with this newest O’Re

I go here alot and everyone is always helpful and nice. Whoever runs this place needs to teach the West 7th street one how to run a parts store.

I’m so glad we finally have a parts store on this side of town. The store looks great, they have tons of parts and the employees are really helpful. I took an alternator in to get tested and while the machine wasn’t able to test it, they explained in depth as to why it couldn’t. In their defense, no part store in Texarkana can test it because the model number that it correlates too isn’t recognized by the third party machine they use so it’s not their fault.
