Pro 1 Transmission and Auto

I salute the whole staff.everyone are nice people and patient especially caroline.i called her every week for 3 weeks and she stayed the same, very nice.to the men in the shop,great great job hands down💯💪🏾. Great place to have your transmission repaired. The cost was very reasonable and my transmission is better than new. Had a stage 2 shift kit added for better performance.

I just picked up my truck after having the transmission completely overhauled. I've got to say it runs like a dream going through the gears, BETTER than expected. I appreciate the hard work. I also had the aft end of the driveshaft and all u-joints replaced due to an unrelated incident but I considered it thinking ahead, not wanting another "hard" failure. They quoted CHEAPER and finished the work FASTER than expected.

This company is amazing! I live in a small town and I called around and none of my local mechanics could do a torque converter. I checked Google and pro1 was the highest rated one. I decided to give them a shot. I live an hour away and they were very accommodating. I got my car back and had an issue with something they forgot to do. They apologized and made it right! The lady up front is very sweet and kind. ( Good luck on your pregnancy). I will definitely use them again if needed. Very professional and friendly. 5/5

down on the interstate is a mortified experience, but going to a transmission repair shop(AAMOC) and they telling you it will cost 10k to put on a transmission then reducing to 7k after questioning their high price. This is when the Lord sent me to Pro 1 transmission, down the street. I had my vehicle towed to Pro 1, they were honest, has great customer service, did not try to price gouge, very nice people and completed the service in a timely manner. Hope to not have to go back but if I do this is where I am going and recommend them to anyone even if you are in the surrounding area. I was very pleased with their impeccable service! Thank you Pro 1!!!!
