I’ve been a regular at the Dalles O’Reilly for many years now. After my wife passed, the days got quiet, and even small errands started to feel heavier than they should. But, there was a blonde girl who worked here who showed real kindness. She never rushed me, never made me feel like I was in the way. She remembered me, asked how I was doing, and went above and beyond every time. Some days, she was the only person who spoke to me like I still mattered. Some days, that short conversation meant more to me than she probably knew. I went in there today and it just wasn’t the same. I don’t know what happened to that sweet girl, but I hope she’s out there touching more lives wherever she goes. If you’re reading this, sweetheart—God bless you.

Helpful friendly staff had the parts I needed for my sprinter van.

Had a bad U-Joint on an old Ford truck 3000 miles from home, the store manager Hailey was fantastic in helping me find the correct part as there was a confounding amount of various u-joint options, and I fixed it in their parking lot, they even lent me a couple tools, great store and staff, one of the best o’reilleys I’ve been to!

They sent me a coupon for $10 off a $25 purchase. There were two items I needed. I found them quickly and got both for less than $20 after the coupon. Cheaper than Amazon. The employee was both friendly and helpful.
