Great service. Got the battery on my Tahoe changed quickly and the staff was friendly.

If you go to this place you will find only 3 people that seem to care or have good customer service. The guy by the name of CHILE was really rude and talked to me like I was a kid. I went to drop off used oil. One guy in store was nice and told me could bring to side door bc I didn’t want oil getting on their floors. Had a bunch of old quarts from my deceased dads garage. Went to side door for this guy CHILE to come out to treat me poorly and talk to me rudely. Instead of asking if could help offload my quarts he told me couldn’t park there because of trucks for shop coming in. Like didn’t have room for them to come in. Go park in front and wheel the oil cart to all the way to front. I even moved over so whomever could come in. He came out again to continue to state his claim instead of as

They recommended this person to fix vehicles but spit hatefully speak on someone nationality I don't want to be near a company that supports such people

Customer service stinks. I was talking to the worker at the computer who was helping me with a part for my car, I needed some ac freon also, he stated it was behind me, I went over to to shelf to get a can, worker is still looking for my part on the computer. No one else was in the store, a customer comes in approaches the worker , ask for a part for his truck, worker proceeds to help him, I am standing right there looking like hey you are helping me out, how can you just help someone that just walked in and cut in front of me. I'm continuing to stand and wait. I put what I had in my hand back on the shelf and walked out. They other worker Jose was outside talking to someone. I will not come to this place again. Deserve no stars!

Kirk helped us out big time. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything perfectly!!! We are from out of town and really needed some help. Thank you for saving the day!!
