I had a very disappointing experience at this O'Reilly Auto Parts store while attempting to purchase an air filter for my Jeep Grand Cherokee. When I arrived, I saw two women assisting other customers, so I patiently waited for my turn. Once I was finally helped, I greeted the employee with a "good morning." Her response, however, was abrupt and rude, stating, "We JUST opened." I proceeded to ask for the air filter I needed, and she gave me the part. I paid and left. However, when I returned to my car, I realized the filter was not the correct one. I went back to the store, hoping for a simple exchange, but the same woman became visibly upset and yelled at me, saying she had only given me what I had asked for. Excellent service, friendly and informative. They put my windshield wipers on for free and I got the best deal for the best quality of wipers. They even install them in the rain. The absolute best auto store in quality and service.

Took a battery I had purchased last year from O'Reilly in. Battery wouldn't hold a charge. I asked them to test it so I could get a replacement. The carried it to the back. When the clerk came out, he said it has to charge to test it. I asked how long, and he said about 1 hour. I told him I had a 3 hour drive and I couldn't wait that long. I took the battery and put it back in the bed of my truck. I took it to a store on Mobile, Alabama. They tested it in 5 minutes, gave me a new battery.
