I drove 3 hours to look at a truck Roberts Chevrolet had and I was NOT disappointed. My salesman was Cedric Davis and man did he hook me up. He was very nice and respectful person. I felt like I got a great deal on the truck when I compared the price to other dealers. Get this, like I said I drove 3 hours away. After the deal was done they drove my car home for me because I didn't trade my car in. They drove it 3 hours away for me. Now thats good service. Thanks Roberts Chevrolet for the great experience. I went in for an oil change, tire rotation, and lube covered under the service plan I bought from GM. First, the service advisor couldn't find my plan. I had to call the dealer I bought it from just to be sure I gave them the right info, and she still wasn't familiar with it after I showed her the plan on paper. I urged the service advisor to call Fidelity, the service plan company, to get it verified. They finally took my truck back for service. When they were done, they charged me a shop fee. (Ok, fine. I had been told before today that some dealers have to charge that outside of the warranty, but I've never had one do it until now.) From start to finish this was the easiest car deal I have ever experienced. I knew the vehicle I wanted (Traverse Z71) and even had a deposit on one at another dealership. I found one at Roberts Chevrolet that was in stock and had everything I wanted. I called and spoke with Joey Templeton. I told Joey what I was looking for, told him that I was ready to buy but, I wanted to be at a certain price before I would commit to driving 114 miles to pick it up. Within 15-20 minutes, Joey got me within $500 of what I was asking and I drove to pick it up. He and the finance manager stayed after closing on a Saturday evening for me to get there.
