I don’t know who Rhonda’s manager is but she needs a raise! She helped change out both my head lights and gave me HELPFUL information that will save me money in the long run. I truly value the time and the effort she put into educating me on how to take care of my vehicle and wallet!! Will definitely be back to her if I have anymore questions!

Excellent service! Smiled as I approached the counter and asked how she could help me. After a few questions she got what I needed and even installed them!! Will definitely recommend them 😃

Traveling and breaking down is never pleasant... however, Oriellys is very handy and close at hand. They had the parts needed to get me back on the road in a timely fashion. Thank you to the workers at Tellahoma hwy store for your assistance.

I usually don’t leave bad reviews, but I went in to get my battery checked first thing this morning, the guy that checked it wasn’t going to tell me the battery was low until I asked, he just said it was good and was going to leave it at that, I asked him if they charged batteries and he came off as very inconvenienced and said “yes but you’re going to be stuck here” and I asked how long it would take and he told me 2 hours and I said okay then he just said have a good day and walked off. I went to Walmart Automotive and they were all so kind and had no problems helping me out.

O'Reilly's has always been a great place for me. It is very convenient and if they don't have what I need in stock they can always get it. The guys that wait on me are knowledgeable and polite. Today we have an issue. Evidently the manager is using the facilities to work on personal equipment. I heard a small engine running in the back. The store was filled with the smell of exhaust and raw gas. I know some allowances are made to employees and managers may take some liberties at times but if small engine mechanic services are going to be done it should be done in a well ventilated shop with the proper equipment. If I were the district mgr I would want to know that these things were being done and address the situation before this store gets a bad reputation.
